History
This amusement park is located in Hershey/Derry Township, PA. Geared toward family entertainment, and clean fun. The park first opened in 1905 by a man named Milton S. Hershey, mainly as a leisure park for employees of the Hershey Chocolate Company, no employee complained about it not being a great deal. As of now, the theme park is owned strictly by the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company, and has won multiple awards.

The parks first ride was added in 1923, the Wild Cat, a rollercoaster. In the early 1970s the parks owner decided it was time for an inexpensive remodel, the plan was to transfer everything into the new age of theme parks. What we mean by that is, the first looping rollercoaster was made popular only a few hundred miles away on the east coast, and it was added to Hersheypark. A football observation tower over 300 hundred feet tall was also added at the same time. Discount tickets were given to football coaches to test out the tower before opening it to the public. Between 1991 and 2008, the park added eight roller coasters and a cheap water park. As of 2011, the park's area covers over 110 acres, containing over 60 rides and attractions.

Review
Thank you for the discount passes; I got my family into the park for dimes on the dollar! My favorite thing about this park is the night shows. Fireworks and lights on every ride really make it shine the night up, its own small little Las Vegas strip. If this review hits the front page, then take my word for it, grab your coupon, and visit, you'll never forget it!
